As a reminder - Ordering one (1) Flying Toekicks™ device is for one door with one toe kick. If you are outfitting a cabinet with two doors and two toe kicks, you will need two (2) Flying Toekicks™ devices.
Payment and Shipping Options
All major credit cards are accepted for online sales via this website.
We are NOT able to take credit card payments verbally over the phone.
Due to a sharp increase in the PayPal transaction fee, we can no longer accept PayPal payments.
(Don't let them fool you. When PayPal gives you 1% cash back, this money is NOT coming out of their pocket. PayPal charges this add'l percentage to the seller in the form of a higher transaction fee. Then the seller has to stop accepting PayPal or raise their prices to get that 1% from the customer. "1% cash back" is 100% meaningless.)
If you wish to pay by check, please contact us and we can send you an invoice. Your order will be shipped promptly upon receipt of your check.
We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail, flat-rate boxes.
Shipping rates may change in response to rate increases by the US Postal Service.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.
As of August 26, 2021, shipping rates are as follows:
Quantities of 1 through 5 Flying Toekicks™ will have a shipping and handling charge of $10.00
Quantities of 5 through 31 Flying Toekicks™ will have a shipping and handling charge of $20.00
Quantities of 31 through 41 Flying Toekicks™ will have a shipping and handling charge of $25.00
Quantities of 41 through 51 Flying Toekicks™ will have a shipping and handling charge of $35.00
S&H charges on additional quantities will be generally in keeping with the preceeding step-by-step pattern.
Non-Taxable Customers in Texas
If you are a tax-exempt reseller in Texas, please send us a PDF of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate and we will promptly refund the amount of the sales tax on your purchase. Please make sure you clearly identify who you are as well as the order number for the order. E-mail PDF to email@example.com.
Returns & Refunds
For any returns or refund requests, please first contact our store support. Items must be returned in COMPLETE and
UN-DAMAGED condition. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect
your refund within two weeks of our receiving the return.
